Warehouse Attendant — Center Grove Orchard

Ready to be the backbone of our fall season? As a Warehouse Attendant at Center Grove Orchard, you're the person who keeps everything moving — literally. From receiving shipments to delivering products across the farm, your work makes sure every venue is stocked, every team is supported, and every guest has the experience they came for.

• This isn't a background role. You'll coordinate with venue teams, manage deliveries across a busy working farm, and help keep our operation running smoothly from open to close. 
• If you're organized, dependable, and thrive in a hands-on environment — we want you on the team.

What You'll Do

• Receive, organize, and send shipments in and out of the warehouse
• Deliver food and supplies to venues across the farm on schedule
• Coordinate with venue teams to make sure they have what they need, when they need it
• Operate farm equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse that meets all Food Safety guidelines
• Help lead and guide others to keep deliveries and logistics running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior forklift experience is not required — if interested in training you will be required to pass an Equipment Operator test
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable lifting, stacking, and pulling product from various heights
• Able to stand for extended periods in an active, outdoor farm environment
• Strong communicator with natural leadership ability
• Organized, reliable, and cool under pressure on busy days
• Food Safety awareness (training provided)

Wages per hour: 18+ - $18.00
