Janitorial Team Member

At Center Grove Orchard, the guest experience starts the moment someone walks through the gate — and our Janitorial Team makes sure every corner of the farm reflects the pride we take in this place. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take satisfaction in a job done right, this role is for you.

This is a hands-on, active position where your work is visible and valued every single day of the season.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and public areas throughout the farm
• Remove trash and recycling from designated locations on a regular rotation
• Replenish supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) before guests notice they're needed
• Perform general cleaning tasks across the grounds and buildings
• Drive a Gator or similar utility vehicle to transport supplies, trash, and equipment
• Support your team and supervisors with additional cleaning duties as the day requires

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.and comfortable bending, kneeling, and working at ground level
• Able to stay on your feet and active throughout a full shift
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions — this is a working farm and every kind of weather happens
• Able to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
• Team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed

Wages per hour: 18+ - $18.00
