How it works
What counts as "active"?
An employee is considered active when they work a shift or sign a document. Employees who are not active are not counted towards your bill and can use all other features. New hires are applicants who accept a job offer and are added to your employee list.
Your first 15 are free
The first 15 active employees or new hires each month are completely free. This lets you use August during your off-season or for small events without worrying about usage fees.
Built for seasonal businesses
This pricing model is ideal for seasonal operations. For example, if you have 100 employees on your roster but only 60 work in a given month, you pay for just 45 employees—the first 15 are always free. And with the $2,000 annual usage cap, even businesses with hundreds of active employees will never pay more than $2,400 per year.
