What You’ll Do

As a member of The Patch team, your role is to help create a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Operating attractions and activities
• Helping guests navigate the farm and answer questions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the property
• Assisting with food service or retail operations
• Supporting event setup and daily operations
• Ensuring guest safety and excellent customer service
• Working as part of a positive, energetic team

The Patch Flex Staff Team helps support the farm during busy weekends, call-outs, special events, and staffing needs throughout the season.

Flex Staff members may receive varying schedules based on staffing needs and availability, but play an important role in helping create an amazing experience for our guests.
