About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Team members may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:

Food Service

• Prepare and serve seasonal food and beverages
• Operate food service equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Provide fast, friendly customer service

Retail

• Assist customers with pumpkins, produce, and merchandise
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions
• Stock shelves and keep retail areas clean and organized
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations

Attractions & Activities

• Operate and assist customers with cannons
• Facilitate pig races
• Become a trained hayride driver
• Help manage lines and crowd flow
• Create a fun, welcoming experience for guests of all ages

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• No experience necessary—we provide training!
